Oh my GODDDD I feel totally wired. I think in a good way...

I've been up since 5 this morning, working on optimising my merch store in preparation for a new merch drop I'm doing as Ricky Jamaraz, all centred around the Glinter album Nowhere Like Always. I'm just so addicted to this kind of nerdy shit I love it. Been setting up automated shipping label assignment and working on special offer pages for different segments of my fans on my email list and stuff. I never really talk about this kinda stuff ever, so like pretty much most of my friends have no idea how much time I spend dedicating myself to the BUSINESS side of my music.

Yesterday was similar to day, I worked loads on stuff. It was fine and I got a lot of stuff done, but it was a bit naughty of me since Sundays' are my dedicated rest day, but I think I'm just a bit of a workoholic. It's not the most terrible thing in the world...

I've been in college today since 11.30 cos I was hanging out with Lynn. Went to the library at lunch to continue doing my stuff, then was meant to go to film studies at 1 but decided to skive it and work instead. I literally don't give a fuck about college now - I've got 4 weeks until I'm out, then less than a month after that I will have finished my exams. Everything I do when I skive college is stuff that will actually benefit me in the future... college is such a waste of my time.

I'm gonna head off to psychology soon where I am going to spend the whole time sat in the back row checking my emails. I also scheduled a sausage roll from The Little Kitchen in Stapleford to be delivered at my door by the time I come back from college via Uber Eats, so really life's good.

Man I'm pretty tired after everything I've been up to today. Just thought I'd update you about the weekend anyway since I haven't yet.

Went down to Mimi's on Friday and attended "Farmfoods Friday" with her and Ernest, Max and Ali. The latter two couldn't stay for long so it was mostly just me Mimi and Ernest. We hung out in Farmfoods for a bit, I got a burger from Burger Me Up, then we went to a field to play some baseball. Hazelwell park. Mimi and Ernest in Hazelwell Park, Birmingham
Then we walked to a pub and Ernest went home for dinner while Mimi and I ate at the pub. I had bangers n mash and she had fish n chips. We got the bus back to King's Heath and back to Mimi's house, where we chilled out for a bit and played scrabble.

That night we went to this LCD Soundsystem club night at the Hare & Hounds, which is right round the corner from Mimi's place, and it was so sick. It was a late on, it only started at 10, and we got home round 2am. Had tons of fun dancing, and they played a lot more than just LCD tbf, I would call it more like your standard indie disco, which is really nothing to complain about. I just love dancing it's so fun. Highlight of that night was dancing with Mimi to Whip It by Devo. Made me feel like a kid again. Mimi and I at the Hare & Hounds LCD Soundsystem club night
That's us, bit of a goofy picture but oh well. Some random girl took it for us. Also shout out to Kevin and Jay who we met there, and will probably never see again.
